As a Quality Manager Sr. within PNC's ET&S organization, you will be based in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.This position requires strong leadership, analytical and critical thinking skills. The Manager will be responsibility for leading the Remediation Production Review team that consist of Production Leads, Production Betas, Production Quality Managers and Production Reviewers. The Manager will manage the daily production for each remediation project focusing heavily on meeting the customer's deliverable deadline with heavy emphasis on established quantity and quality metrics. The Manager will be a member of the Remediation Strategic Working Group and partner closely with the Discovery & Execution Support and Production & Data Support Teams to ensure each remediation project is planned and executed upon based on the expectations of the customer.
This position requires the ability to learn and provide the leadership to utilize and maintain the RPM System Reporting, Tableau and Production Reporting, Resource Forecasting, RCSA Controls and support Audit/ETS Testing needs.
This position will be required to make critical decisions with heavy emphasis on data quality, own and manage internal job aids, focus on process improvements, be a strong communicator and work with all levels of management.
Job Description
- Defines and oversees the execution of the quality management systems. Communicates strategy to quality team. Leads managers and/or people and serve as an advocate for the quality program.
- Ensures the quality program and strategies are established, maintained and enhanced to support the business needs for meeting data quality standards and expectations.
- Oversees the timely and proper execution of the quality control program for unit(s) of responsibility. Manages and is responsible for achieving desired business results.
- Leads the initiation and follow-up of corrective action requests and preventive measures to achieve cost of quality targets. Investigates and addresses root causes and trends with internal and external non-conformances.
- Supervises, manages and develops quality staff and manages individual performance.
