As a Technology Solution Center Manager within PNC's TSC –Client Delivery Services, you will be located at Two Tower Center, East Brunswick, New Jersey, 08816.Travel to Scranton, Hampden, Little Falls and Boston required
Responsible for all the technology service duties within the CNJ, NNJ, Boston, NEP and CPA markets. This person will lead a team of 15 staff across those areas. Daily this candidate will manage all projects, incidents and requests in those areas and ensure staff is meeting customer expectations and delivering the best customer experience. This candidate will be responsible for visiting its team members several times a year as well as visit and get a pulse from key leaders throughout the markets.
Job Description
- Delivers Technology products and services in alignment with business needs and objectives, while being responsible for multiple teams/departments within the Enterprise Infrastructure function.
- Contributes to infrastructure planning, development strategies/initiatives, and product lifecycle/service orientation. Determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, as well as implements best practices for technology architecture and management.
- Oversees project/program/portfolio management responsibilities. Directs financial management and risk management capabilities.
- Contributes to a stable and secure environment including incident management, product health/patching, and the asset management lifecycle.
- May communicate with vendors, suppliers and executive management to ensure availability of infrastructure technologies and support.
- Directs, motivates, and develops the organizations staff to maximize their individual contribution, professional growth, and efficacy on a team. Collaborates with other technology teams to provide service and support for new and existing technologies.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5 years of industry-relevant experience. At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required.
