We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional leasing manager for a property of 185 units located in the Fountainblue area. Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The leasing agent will ensure the property is maintained effectively.

Top applicants are proficient multitaskers, organized and have strong people skills.

Leasing Manager Responsibilities:

  • · Recording and updating details of tenants into computer database swiftly.
  • · Examining properties and informing maintenance staff of issues.
  • · Advertising available properties and conducting property tours as part of marketing activities.
  • · Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
  • · Completing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information.
  • · Informing prospective tenants of results.
  • · Inspecting properties when tenants take occupation and vacate.
  • · Working with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns.
  • · Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.
  • · Accepting rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees.

Leasing Manager Requirements:

  • · High School diploma, GED, or suitable alternative.
  • · 3 work experience as a Leasing Manager or similar position.
  • · Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
  • · Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • · Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • · Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • · Strong people skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Experience level:

  • 2 years

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Miami, FL 33126: Relocate before starting work (Required)
