PNW Helping Hands is in search of a Program Manager!
The open position is a full-time, Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm with on call responsibilities with open availability. This position will be working with a small group (1-5) of BRS foster youths and their care teams.

Hiring Stipulation:
The youth in our programs are in a vulnerable setting and often struggle with substance abuse and delinquent behaviors. Applicants to this positing must note, if they have a criminal charge that includes; drug charges, acts of violence, abuse or negligence, etc. depending on the severity and occurrence of the crime, will most likely not pass the first round of federal background checks. If you are able to pass the first round of federal background checks, employment based on the crimes presented will be at the discretion of the company and the Department of Children, Youth and Family Services.

KEY or ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The essential functions of the position include but are not limited to the following:
· Assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures in compliance with the requirement of State, Local, and Federal agencies.
· Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized Behavior Management Plans and Individualized Support Plans for each person.
· Writing Quarterly Summaries and updating the appropriate Social Worker.
· Keep parents, guardians, and Social Workers advised of the client’s progress on a continuing basis and remain in contact with the Administration as well.
· Ensure that all clients attend all required doctor, vision, and dental appointments per WAC’s and doctor’s orders.
· Provide at least 25 hours per week in the direct care service.
· Ensure that the weekly goals week is being completed on a weekly basis
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience with developmentally, physically, and emotionally challenged adolescents.
· Demonstrated/documented ability in developing, implementing, and evaluating Behavior Management Plans, Individualized Services, and Treatment Plans.
· Demonstrated/documented ability to manage staff as well as fiscal resources.
· Demonstrated/documented skills in the area of community relations.
· Must be able to pass a Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) background check.
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or closely allied field from an accredited school; or
· 3 years of successful full-time experience in a relevant field; and
· Minimum 2 years of successful supervisory experience that promoted effective staff performance
