- Lead your teams to deliver and deploy new features, products, and technical initiatives to push Podium’s platform forward.
- Work closely with developers and architects on technical decisions throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with other team leads from across the product organization on inter-area projects, and drive them to completion.
What you should have:
- 10 years of relevant technical experience, including 6 years managing high performance teams, and 3 years managing through managers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain and present details to both business and technical audiences.
- Proven experience as a technical leader on successful, large-scale software projects.
- Exceptional org-management skills, especially in organization design, influence, and collaboration.
- Proven track record to hire, retain, and grow technical leaders and managers.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems by analyzing data, leading to data informed decisions.
What we hope you have:
- Experience defining and building APIs for web applications and for client consumption.
- Experience with large scale SaaS cloud application design and development.
