Summary:
The role of a technician is to ensure that a quality system/product is delivered according to customer specifications following safety, quality, budget and schedule requirements. These individuals set up, start up, operate, and shut down manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating production equipment in support of manufacturing and assembly of equipment.
- Follows blueprints, guidelines and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.
