WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO
Work with Point B clients to deliver the full M&A lifecycle of solutions and services
Grow the Practice – help grow the M&A practice across the M&A lifecycle and across industries as well as bring new ideas on how to deliver best-in-class services to our clients
Business Development – support client pursuits, generate demand, and work to develop new clients and grow business with existing clients
Practice Development – bring your expertise, ideas and energy to contribute to and define new practice development initiatives
People development – coach and mentor team members to support achievement of their career goals, and help develop internal M&A knowledge and capabilities among Point B staff and account teams
Innovate – define and develop new services and new ways to deliver traditional M&A services
Think – develop and contribute to thought leadership, industry insight, and client insight publications

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
10 years of working experience in client facing consulting roles or similar experience; or, 5 years of experience alongside a graduate degree
Significant management consulting experience or equivalent experience, including business development and delivery experience
Experience in one or more areas of the M&A lifecycle (e.g. operational due diligence, integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs) with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
Ability, experience and interest in leading and managing in complex business environments
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally
Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and cross-functional partners, motivating and collaborating while driving results
Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights
MBA preferred
