Responsibilities of this role:
- Process daily correspondence and prepare reports for the CEO, Board of Directors and committees, and Senior Management Team.
- Representthe CEO by welcoming visitors, evaluating incoming correspondence, answering telephone, disseminate information or resolve questions, and / or route correspondence / calls to appropriate individuals. Take messages and coordinate follow through.
- Work closely with the credit union’s Senior Management Team and provide administrative support as needed.
- Conduct research and prepare statistical and financial reports to assist the CEO in the development of a variety of plans, documents, or reports.
- Assist in scheduling and / or arranging appointments, meetings, business trips, etc. for CEO, Board Members, and members of the Senior Management Team.
- Maintain the calendar of events and schedules for the Board and committees.
- Proactively manage CEO’s calendar, including securing venues, preparing meeting rooms, distributing information/reports, corresponding with participants, and arranging catering and establishing menus. Exercise discretion in committing the CEO’s time and evaluating needs.
- Provide assistance with credit union events.
- Perform specialized or confidential administrative duties, including researching data and preparing reports as needed. Record minutes at various meetings.
- Distribute informational mailings and articles to the Board of Directors and management as needed.
- Keep CEO advised of member complaints, telephone calls, and letters received. Coordinate follow-through on pending issues.
- Adhereto all credit union compliance requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) guidelines and regulations as explained and as appropriate for the position.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the CEO and Senior Management.
Qualifications:
- Two Year College Degree, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Minimum 5 years of secretarial experience, as an executive level assistant.
- Detail Oriented Team player, professional manner and pleasant personality.
- Proactive.

- Solid analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Well organized.
