Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team to manage the onboarding of new customers onto our software, and the upgrading of existing customers to our latest software. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the onboarding and upgrade process runs smoothly, and that customers receive excellent service throughout the process. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs and develop a comprehensive onboarding and upgrade plan that meets customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, ensuring all tasks and milestones are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, risk assessments, and status reports.
- Manage project resources, including internal team members and external vendors, to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into the software development process.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure that project deliverables are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in software implementation or upgrades.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development and implementation processes.
