District Manager

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an energetic, hands-on General Manager for our fast-casual restaurants located in Dallas, Richardson, Frisco. Seeking a candidate who can lead and work alongside their teams in day-to-day operations.

DESCRIPTION

The General Manager plays a critical role in setting the standard for service expectations in a restaurant. By scrutinizing every aspect of the guest's experience, from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave, the GM can identify areas where service can be improved. When the GM personally intervenes to correct below standard service issues, it sends a clear message to staff that service quality is a top priority. Additionally, by positively coaching and counseling staff, the GM can help them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to provide the highest quality of service possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cultivates a strategic team environment that provides exceptional customer service while ensuring all staff members perform at a consistently high level.

• Promotes positive employee relations including effective delegation of managerial duties, fostering high staff morale, upholding operation standards, and execution of the performance management process.

• Set store goals by period and hold managers accountable for setting and meeting departmental goals.

• Leads and influences staff through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure customer satisfaction and maximum productivity.

• Guests: Consistently meet the standard for the guest experience.

• Maintain systems which insure overall fiscal responsibility.

• Assures execution of staff training programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2-4 years as a General Manager in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant.

• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics, financials, and budgets.

• Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks with a sense of urgency.

• Strong work ethic and high personal standards for quality of work.

• Experience working and training in all customer-facing positions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Must possess strong leadership skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to coach management teams.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing, and repetitive hand and wrist motion; working with and around hot, cold, and hazardous equipment in a fast paced and congested environment that will occasionally be loud, hot, cold and/or physically demanding. Must also have the ability to regularly lift up to 40 pounds.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
