Role Description
This is a contract role for an Information Technology Support Specialist at Polar Nite. As an IT Tier 2 specialist, you will be responsible, on day 1 and with minimal technical training, for being an escalation point for several branches of technical expertise such as:
- Firewalls - Expertise across multiple brands such as Unifi, Fortigate, Zyxel, Sonicwall etc.
- VPNS and syncing compliantly active directory and entre.
- Administration and design of the full suite of the Microsoft 365 infrastructure such as Entre AD, SharePoint, OneDrive, Co-Pilot, Auto-Pilot, Intune, MDM, Defender 1 and 2 etc.
- On premise server design, support and backups.
- Design and support fully virtualized environments in VMware and Hyper-V, on premise and in the cloud.
- Azure Cloud Services
- Cross platform Migrations.
- Ai Integration
This position will not require all of these knowledge branches but a majority. The role and pay is interview based.
Qualifications - Non Technical
- Superb conversational and written skills in English
- Local to Cherokee, Fulton or Cobb counties is preferable but not required. Onsite work will be required thus you must be local.
- High Emotional Intelligence.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely
