Position Summary:
The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for maintaining all medical records in accordance with federal and state guidelines, as well as established Standards of Care and Facility policies and procedures to ensure that a complete medical record program is maintained.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Collect and assemble patient records, while
- Ensure that patient records are accurately processed from admission to discharge.
- assist the Medical Records Director with other responsibilities as necessary.
