The Clubhouse Generalists provide members support through working to maintain a flexible, varied program of vocational, educational, and recreational activities to assist Juneau area adults with serious mental illness to maximize their optimal level of functioning within the community. We offer positive, supportive relationships that help promote hope, choice, wellness and recovery for participants while working side by side in the work of the clubhouse. We assist members in handling the details of daily life. We provide assistance in identifying and linking to community-based services and supports (primary care, mental health and or substance abuse treatment, housing, financial benefits, etc.).

*Be prepared to work some evenings and weekends, and holidays.

Candidates *must* pass a fingerprinted background check to be eligible for hire. Strong preference will be given to candidates with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. We run errands daily with company vehicles.
