Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a Dispatcher to join our small team. Dispatchers are responsible for managing the schedule and dispatching our team of technicians to customers homes, as well as coordinating on-site repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment. This is a work from home position, with a week of training required on site and an optional additional week on site if necessary.
In order to succeed in this position, you must be comfortable with spending roughly 95% of the day on the phone with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain technician schedules as unexpected changes arise
- Schedule incoming service calls, new property management work orders, and warranty requests
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
