The Lobby (Attendant) ensures a fluent and pleasant experience for the customer while in the restaurant.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Preferred: Fluent in English & Spanish
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in similar roles
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
- Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
Key Responsibilities
- Welcomes the customer
- Assist with packaging bread, tortillas, cookies, sauces and other products
- Takes orders to the respective tables
- Picks up and maintains order in the assigned tables (cleaning dining room tables)
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is met by promoting restaurant survey
- Ensuring the restrooms are clean and fully stocked
- Sweep and mop dining room
- Cleaning windows
- Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
- Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
