Summary
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for managing, contracting, and/or performing daily maintenance activities at multiple locations. Lead cross-functional facilities related capital projects. Ensure compliance with external regulations, standards, and requirements.
Lead by example and provide exceptional support for team members and internal / external stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Audit and inspect buildings, sites and equipment for appearance, repairs, and maintenance work
- Monitor buildings, grounds, landscaping, and custodial services for performance and cleanliness
- Develop policies and guidelines for facilities inspection, set-up, maintenance, and repair
- Lead facilities work performed by outside contractors
- Perform construction project management
- Respond to emergency requests as needed and troubleshoot issues to determine cause and solution
- Schedule, assign and perform carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating / ventilation, roofing, and related inspections
- Schedule assignments for operating grounds/landscape equipment
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of grounds and housekeeping equipment
- Assist in snow and ice removal operations
- Keep an accurate record and priority of all facilities requests electronically
- Accurately plan and oversee facility budgets, capital expenses and projects
- Prepare reports for management review
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 - 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience with mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, HVAC and electrical systems
- Must assist with maintenance work
- Occasional evening and weekend work

Pay: $67,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
