Bookkeeper
Polyram Compounds, LLC is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our finance team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and performing various bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong background in bookkeeping, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Record daily financial transactions.
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
- Distribute and reconcile petty cash.
- Assist with financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
