What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deskside Support position at Pomeroy?
* A Certification/MCP is a bonus.
* Minimum of two (2) year direct PC and laptop hardware/software support experience.
* Proven technical knowledge and understanding.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and operating systems
* Experience with Anti-spyware and Anti-virus software
* Knowledge of wireless networking
* Must be a resourceful and innovative problem solver.
* Ability to troubleshoot EUC issues using good deductive reasoning skills
* Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible, and handle interactions with all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate well with other members of the IT department and with non-technical end users.
* Self-directed, organized, and motivated.
* Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
