About the role:
As a Video Producer at Pompa Program, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually compelling and impactful content that communicates our message of health empowerment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality video content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's values and mission. From concept to execution, you'll be responsible for bringing our health-focused narratives to life through engaging and innovative video productions.
Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts that effectively communicate Pompa Program's mission and values.
- Production Planning: Lead the planning and organization of video shoots, including script development, shot lists, location scouting, and talent coordination.
- Video Shooting: Utilize your expertise in cinematography and video production to capture high-quality footage, ensuring visual excellence and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Editing and Post-Production: Take ownership of the post-production process, editing raw footage into polished, compelling videos that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to video content across various platforms.
- Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in video production techniques to continually elevate the quality and impact of Pompa Program's video content.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a producer role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and experience with camera equipment and lighting setups.
- Creative Vision: A keen eye for storytelling and a passion for translating complex health concepts into visually compelling narratives.
- Collaborative Spirit: Proven ability to produce within a collaborative team environment, incorporating feedback and contributing innovative ideas.

Compensation Range:
$65-80k USD salary
