About the role:
Pompa Program is looking for a motivated and well spoken Warehouse Admin/Logistics Admin to join our team. The Warehouse Associate/Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of functions that contribute to the accurate and timely delivery of shipments to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer issues within our systems
- Proven customer service experience, including professional electronic communication
- Basic computer knowledge and experience
- Ability to speak to customers on the phone, handling their issues with courtesy
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, kit, wrap, label,
ship) - Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Maintain a clean organized workstation
- Meet and/or exceed quality performance metrics through consistent quality monitoring and employee
feedback - Escalate issues/risks that impact quality or performance
- Responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations affecting
Company - Responsible for participating in quality assurance, compliance and in-service and continuing education
activities as requested by Company - Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Ability to work independently
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
Requirements:

- Ability to split work between office and warehouse (75/25)

Compensation Range:
$18 - 22 hour
This a full time 8 hour shift during the day.
