Crucial to support Bank Strategy and assure compliance, through proper, accurate and compliant reporting.
Responsibilities
Supports the design, implementation and enhancement of credit/lending reporting, working with automation, integration and verification of key data, based on senior management’s needs.
Essential Functions
- Prepares regular, time-sensitive and ad-hoc reports, based on management and regulator’s needs and requirements.
- Prepares and analyzes key lending and credit analytics, such as, portfolio performance, and other financial measures.
- Identifies data enhancements and data gaps, and follow through solutions and recommendations.
- Review existing manual reporting processes and automate as much as possible.
- Able to query data and present meaningful information.
- Works closely with IT team to remediate gaps as part of existing projects or identify new ones.
- Support the design and implementation of enhanced credit reporting, as well, as enterprise wide risk reporting.
- Analyze data to identify key risk trend to be escalated to management.
- Maintains knowledge of credit reporting guidelines.
- Collaborate with various business areas and oversee system maintenance to ensure credit reporting integrity and accuracy.
- Understands/interprets questions and requests from senior management and regulators and adjust reporting accordingly.
- Assists with the portfolio management (loan review) oversight to ensure adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in identifying credit risk
- Manages department records retention requirements of the Bank.
Ancillary Functions
- Assures adherence to Bank policies and procedures and federal and state regulatory requirements.
- Provides cross-functional support to other areas of the department and the Bank where service or assistance is needed.
- Performs tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances.
Mandatory Training Curricula
Training is required of all Bank staff as related to regulatory mandated compliance topics and courses required for specific job functions. Career enhancement training courses are also available. Please refer to course catalog and management for details.

Skills
- Clearly communicates in English;
- proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills;
- proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills;
- working knowledge of bank products, operations, and services;
- proficient PC skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge;
- Experience of VBA coding and writing VBA scripts.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge and experience with data quality and monitoring.
- Konwledge of regulatory standrads.
- Familiarity with Credit Risk concepts.
- Knowledge of Loan servicing and business analytics software.
Physical Demands

This job is mostly sedentary in nature, but may occasionally involve lifting files and other materials that weigh up to 20 lbs. Employees in this job must be able to work in an office environment during regular business hours where they come into regular and frequent contact with internal and external customers and other members of the public. Therefore, employees in this position are expected to have consistently positive interactions with the public.
