We are seeking a dynamic, hardworking, creative Patient Operations Specialist to help us best serve our clients and grow our start-up. Working closely with the owner of Pontem Medical, this candidate will focus on supporting our sales team with patient education, patient service and office administration. Additional important attributes include: excellent organization skills, strong client communications skills, comfort working in a fast-paced environment, detail orientation and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
This is an opportunity for the right candidate to establish themselves early, in a key position in a rapidly growing company. We currently serve Pennsylvania and New Jersey but will soon expand into more states.
We offer training, guaranteed salary, uncapped commissions and benefits.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order review, prep and organization
- Provide patient care - instruction, explanation and follow up
- Drive the completion of outstanding orders
- Ensure the proper use of the electronic medical records system
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to help patients in need
- Positive mindset
- Team player that is self-motivated
- Ability to actively coach sales reps and build effective working relationships
- Willingness to lead the sales team in organization
- Spanish fluency preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
