```Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. Responsibilities: - Assist the store manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures - Learn and implement company policies and procedures - Develop and lead a high-performing team - Ensure excellent customer service by providing product knowledge and resolving customer issues - Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management - Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other managers to achieve store goals Requirements: - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred - Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management - Previous experience in team management or leadership role - Knowledge of retail math and wireless sales is a plus - Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously If you are a motivated individual with a passion for retail, we invite you to apply for the Manager in Training position.
