What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swimming Pool Technician position at Pool Chlor?
The person who takes on this position is responsible for maintaining and servicing our organization's pool equipment and space. The successful applicant will need to be able to work independently, adapt to a changing environment, learn new technologies, demonstrate leadership, and be a team player. We're interested in hiring someone who can handle the tasks necessary to keep up the swimming pool water quality and ensure that environmental concerns are properly addressed.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor water chemistry.
- Schedule chemical and filter changes.
- Supervise and participate in related activities, such as water testing, chemical treatment, and equipment repairs.
- Diagnose and fix problems with pool/spa equipment.
- Assist in the development of new products or services.
- Prepare reports related to pool/spa maintenance.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
