What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Table Installer & Mover position at Pool Table Geek?
You must have either a truck with a 6ft bed size, an 8x4 trailer, or a hitch on the back of your main vehicle.
It will be around 3 weeks after getting the job before you start training.
Option to possibly become a trainer with a pay of around $36 an hour 300 a week after 3-4 months of working after training.
Most of the work would be relocating a table, from one house to another and disassembling the table into parts able to be put into the trailer using an electric dolly making most of the moving relatively easy. When everything is loaded into the trailer you drive to the next location, de-load the table, and assemble it. Re-felting would be 20% of the work and it's removing old felt from the pool table and installing new felt.
Average of 40 hours a week. Create your own schedule, we will schedule moves when you prefer. Training pays $24hr for 1 month before you go on your own and get $27 an hour plus bonuses and tips. On average it's closer to $28 an hour.
No college is required.
