The Job:

We are looking for a Media Intern with the ability to see the big picture and work with our media team to develop concepts that exceed client objectives and expectations while engaging others. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Learning about the placement for paid Google Adwords, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn ad campaigns including display, video and search.
  • Assisting with creating easy to read metrics reports of these campaigns
  • Help strategize placement campaigns that make the most impact with our client’s budget
  • Assist in designing the best strategic approach and channel mix in to reach audiences in a relevant manner
  • Work with placement agencies for TV, cable, satellite, print, outdoor and radio
  • Interpret metrics reports from advertising campaign
  • Stay up to date on recent buying trends, one-off opportunities and technology
Additional Information:
  • Interns are paid minimum wage and will work full time
  • Interns must be available for a full-time, 10-week program running from June 3rd  to August 9th, 2024
  • Interns must have reliable transportation
  • Interns will be asked to be present in the Richmond,Va office
  • Candidates must attach a resume, design portfolio, and complete the online application
    • College student or recent graduate
    • Familiarity with advertising metrics and tactics a plus
    • Ability to work in person in Richmond, VA
    • Flexibility to manage competing priorities
    • Proactive approach to their work
    • Stress-tolerant, organized and accurate
    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
