JOB TITLE: Inventory Manager
DEPARTMENT: Pecos/ Pyote, TX
SUMMARY:
Poolin is a Texas-based company that is leading the global cryptocurrency movement with a focus on securing the Bitcoin network. Poolin’s Bitcoin mining farms in West Texas are some of the most advanced Bitcoin mining facilities in the world with two 300 megawatts facilities currently under Contruction. Making them one of the largest Bitcoin mining farms in Texas. Each facility will use a variety of cooling technologies including hydro, immersion, and air cooling to keep our ASICs cooled and performing optimally.
As Inventory Manager you will be overseeing the miners within the facility. They are responsible for ensuring that appropriate levels of materials are available and properly controlled.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads procurement, primary scheduling, and material functions including shipping and receiving, stockroom, and inventory control.
- Develops and manages MRP and ERP systems implementations.
- Coordinates resolution of material related issues with the appropriate departments and/or suppliers to ensure availability of required materials.
- Monitors and manages supplier performance.
- Communicates performance issues and manages significant problem areas to ensure needed improvements.
- Print labels, BOL’s on equipment and inventory.
- Supports group objectives for material cost reduction, Supplier OTD, inventory reduction, supplier quality, and supplier lead times.
- Ensures inventory control techniques, procedures, and best practices are followed.
- Coordinates with Finance, Business, and Engineering.
- Negotiates the purchases of capital goods.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to delegate responsibility and provide support.
