Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the pool storefacility
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for pool store patrons
- Oversee day to day operations of retail store , and all service and construction scheduling and billing
- Develop and implement training programs for staff
- Schedule and coordinate pool maintenance and repairs
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Manage inventory and supplies

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, patrons, and vendors
- Strong negotiation skills to secure contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Training development skills to create effective training programs for staff
- Team management skills to lead and motivate staff

Note: Wireless sales is not relevant to the role of Pool Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
