Field Service Technician

The technician team at Poolsure specializes in the installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial pool equipment and chemical automation systems. We are looking for a Field Service Technician who solves problems methodically and works well with others. We guarantee full-time employment all year round with ample opportunity for overtime, particularly during the summer months.

Position Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and repair chemical feed systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot pool circulation and filtration systems.
• Communicate national standards and industry best practices to our clients.
• Adhere to safety standards while operating your company vehicle and equipment.

Requirements:

• Must have some experience as a pool technician, or have some experience in adjacent fields. Examples are pest control, automotive, satellite & cable, fire & alarm, or building control/automation technician roles.
• Must be familiar with and able to incorporate mobile productivity apps into your workday.
• Must be willing to learn new software and processes as our company’s technology evolves.
• Must be willing to work overtime, potentially including weekends and holidays.
• Must possess good time management skills. 
• Must be able to work independently or in teams as needed.
• Must possess strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be hard-working, self-motivated, and customer service oriented.
