POP Manufacturing, Inc. is a growing, fast-paced manufacturer of point of purchase displays and store fixtures. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented project manager/coordinator to become a part of our team. We are looking for a flexible team member willing to perform multiple tasks and assist various departments as needed. Your position will be responsible for tracking projects from start to finish and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and with a high standard of quality. You will be expected to efficiently handle a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to scheduling, coordinating shipping, purchasing, the overall organization of projects, record-keeping, managing information flow, coordinating with other departments, monitoring daily progress and working with others to find solutions when problems arise. Your involvement in each of these areas will vary from time to time but it is expected that you are familiar with these tasks and capable of executing them yourself and delegating to others as appropriate. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management, organization, attention to detail and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
