About This Opportunity:

Popmenu is looking for an enthusiastic Client Onboarding Consultant to attain a high level of platform implementation while confidently ensuring that clients reach their maximum business goals.

We are currently prioritizing candidates in the Mountain and Pacific time zones.

What's on Your Plate:

* Client Consulting: Responsible for understanding the state of a client's website, marketing, and online ordering and able to make the best recommendations for successful platform implementation. Takes a holistic perspective of a client's business to determine the best path forward.
* Project Management: Takes full ownership of ensuring that all assigned clients get through the onboarding process with maximum success, product adoption, and happiness.
* Product Training & Enablement: Passionately empowers and trains clients to get the most out of the Popmenu platform, ensuring that clients are using the most features possible to help their business.
* Subject Matter Expert: With the help of the rest of the onboarding and design team, stays up-to-date on the latest website best practices and trends.

What You Bring to the Table:

* Excellent interpersonal/customer relations skills; clear and concise verbal and written communicator with the ability to effectively prevent or mediate conflict
* Team player with the ability to work cohesively with various departments to accomplish what's best for a client
* Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage many clients in different process stages
* Natural curiosity, self-motivated, and willingness to learn, whether it's new technical skills or understanding the client environment
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Bilingual is a plus

At Popmenu we believe in transparency and meeting candidates at eye level. We know that money isn't everything - but it is important. For this role, we have determined a compensation range of $50k to $55k in addition to company equity to be a fair and attractive offer.
