The Position
We are seeking an experienced, high-end Kitchen Designer.
- Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking a Designer to join the team, experienced in designing kitchens and baths. In this role, you will focus on clients, and on the aesthetics of the kitchen design. You will be personable with a flair for kitchen and bath design in a role that integrates your design with sales of your custom, team, and other projects.
- You will be introduced to a high number of owner referrals and take responsibility for the work from introduction and handoff of customers to design ownership and managing the client as the design expert. You must be able to perform independent design. The best candidate will have a desire to do design and sales on the showroom floor, and real-time renderings. This role could also progress from Design to Sales Design.
- 2 years of experience in high-end kitchen design
- Cabinetry experience is required
- CAD design for kitchen is required; AutoCAD is preferred but any CAD experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of Chief Architect or Google Sketch software is a plus.
- Ability to do the technical details and technical abilities.
- NKBA, National Kitchen and Bath Association experience is a preferred.
- Strong communication.
- Personable, customer-facing.
- Bath design a plus.
