Job Summary :
The Popeye’s Team Members are motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent guest service! A qualified candidate will serve our guests Hot and Fresh Food in a Clean and Safe environment in a Friendly and Fast manner.
The perfect candidate will deliver food to guests that is perfectly cooked, made with love, and served with Popeyes® famous Cajun Hospitality.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 6 month’s experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
- Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
