Popular Marketing is looking for a web designer. We will be implementing a hybrid work model during the transition back to the office. This position must report to worksite on non-remote workdays, as determined by management. Once the transition is complete, this position will be expected to perform work on-site.
You must be detail-oriented and a self-starter.
RESPONSIBILITIES
/01 Drive business conversion through rapid UI/UX enhancements and A/B testing
/02 Designing high quality lead generation websites
/03 Create best-in-class user experiences
/04 Work with other designers to QA work
/05 Develop website specifications and wireframes
/06 Design page layouts
/07 Present design ideas to project leaders
/08 Creating and extending our internal brands
/09 Designing marketing emails and display placements
/10 Writing copy for Listicle Placements
/11 Create code from scratch using layered PSDs
/12 Keep up-to-date on trends in technology, mobile, and social media
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of “requirements.”

/03 Strong in Google Analytics
/04 Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop
/05 Development Tools: Your Choice
/06 Frameworks: Bootstrap, JQuery
/07 Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
/08 Understand mobile development and working with responsive design products
/09 Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines, while completing assignments with high attention to detail.
/10 Working knowledge and experience in implementing SEO.
/11 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Web Development, Statistics or related field. *(Exceptions made for exceptional on the job experience)
