Billing Coordinator

POSITION SCOPE

The Billing Coordinator is responsible for supervising invoicing and communicating directly with clients.  They make sure all customers are charged appropriately by keeping thorough records and resolve any billing related issues.  They have positive communications between the Customer Service and Accounts Receivable Departments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and manage client accounts
• Review and submit Invoices to customers directly or through Customer portals
• Reconcile account discrepancies
• Ensure customers are billed correctly for services
• Train and coach CSR’s on invoicing and other concierge duties
• Reconcile Fuel Sales Reports
• Bill Monthly Tenant Hangar Rentals
• Other duties as assigned

 REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Previous aviation experience helpful but not necessary
• Exceptional interpersonal/customer service skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Conflict resolution experience
• Patience and excellent listening skills a must
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Ability work a flexible schedule as we are a 24/7/365 operation
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Strong numerical aptitude
• 3 years experience invoicing or BS in accounting
• Must pass the FAA and Homeland Security background checks as well as complete a pre-employment drug screening.

• Ability to sit for long periods of time
