You would serve as intermediary between drivers and customers. Communicate customers' delivery or pickup instructions to drivers and provide updates about drivers' timelines to customers. Support the management team and office team with daily operations in all areas of finance, customer service, operations, and general administrative functions and activities of the office.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensures drivers are meeting the expectations of our customers as it pertains to delivery, pick-up, and servicing of rental assets.
- Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.
- Communicates with drivers to notify them of daily assignments, tracks drivers out on delivery/pick-up, and assists drivers in troubleshooting when necessary.
- Uses multiple systems to monitor and review drivers’ daily route performance and escalates concerns to the management team when drivers are unable to meet the daily assigned tasks.
- Uses telephones, two-way radios, or text messages to contact team members.
- Communicates with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment, or payment.
- Prepares daily routes and schedules to prioritize and update based on changes for utmost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Weekly reviews all routes to ensure assigned stops are efficient and are within our defined service area.
- Collaborates with the Customer Service team and coordinates with drivers to ensure excellent service on behalf of our customers; may be required to contact or assist customers as well as drivers to ensure paid-for services are received.
- Provides end-of-day reporting to the management team for all assignments not completed by drivers.
- Provides support when needed to assist the team with assigned duties such as billing / accounts receivable, answering phones, sorting, distributing mail, and preparing documents, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with others while multitasking several schedules and priorities at once.
- Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer software and systems.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness, organization, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure and being able to calm others while sorting out problems that arise.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of office management procedures.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Route logistics or similar software programs.
