This is a full-time on-site position located in Toppenish, WA. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 7 paid holidays (after 90 days of service), and generous PTO accruals from day one!
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Supervise and lead a team of material handlers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock control processes, including cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Collaborate with management to develop and optimize warehouse processes and procedures for increased efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise, fostering a proactive problem-solving culture.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and carriers to facilitate smooth operations.
Experience & Requirements
- Bilingual English & Spanish required.
- 2 years experience in a leadership role.
- Forklift certification required.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes, inventory management, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
