Job Summary Do you have a passion for cider, love working events, and have an awesome sense of humor? Become a part of our Portland Cider brand ambassador event team! Flexible, parttime hours, working events, festivals, grocery store tastings, and farmers markets throughout Oregon all year long. Our cider ambassadors make up a small, hard-working team of individuals throughout the Portland Metro area dedicated to growing our community that expects more from the cider they drink. Responsibilities • Be a fun, personable and valuable representative of Portland Cider Company at events, festivals, markets and more. • Secure education in general cider-making knowledge and specific Portland Cider Company brand information and ciders. • Assist and run off-site events where Portland Cider Co. ‘s marketing team directs you. • Secure and transport cider to and from event sites. • Set up, break down and clean pouring stations at event sites. • Pour cider tastings while engaging and educating consumers at events • Maintain, clean, and keep in good working order all event equipment including but not limited to jockey box and all corresponding parts, cider trailer, and tent set-ups. • Understand and be able to answer basic questions about general cider knowledge, Portland Cider Co. products, and the company itself. • Ensure PCC brand standards are followed at all events. • Assist with account promotions as needed. • Complete post analysis of all events. • Report to and remain in regular correspondence with the Portland Cider marketing team no less than once a week to check-in. • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications • Position is year-round, with an increase in hours available April-October. • You must currently live/reside in the Portland Metro Area. • Must have reliable transportation and be 21 years of age. • Must be enthusiastic, engaging, brand savvy, well organized, and self-motivated. • Must have an OLCC servers license (or the ability to obtain one). • Flexible hours with no minimum hours per week guaranteed. We can work with you to schedule you for events and shifts that meet your needs. • Weekend and night availability for at least 1-2 weekends a month is requested, especially during May-Sept. Most events will be held during this time. • Responsibilities will require you to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Must be physically fit to meet demands and reach, bend, stoop and stand for extended periods as needed. • Prior experience driving a trailer attachment and moving trailers a plus.
