Position Summary |
The Food, Catering, and Vending Services Manager directly reports to the Director of Auxiliary Services while collaborating closely with Student Services, Associated Students, Procurement, Risk Management, The College Administration and Board of Directors, and other PCC groups to develop comprehensive food service policies and protocols. As a core responsibility, this position oversees and assesses all aspects of food handling, production, quality, and safety across the entire PCC District. Additionally, the manager assumes a pivotal role as the primary liaison for all catering events hosted within the college. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements | Work will either be performed primarily in an office environment with frequent interruptions and irregularities in the work schedule. Frequent walking, standing, lifting, stooping, or carrying of equipment and materials may be required. Incumbents may be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Working hours may vary and occasional evening or weekend work is required. No special coordination beyond that used for normal mobility and handling of everyday objects and materials is needed to perform the job satisfactorily. |
