What are the responsibilities and job description for the Newborn Photographer position at Portrait Holdings?
WelcomeNewborn is changing the face of newborn portraiture! It was founded as a way for hospitals to provide beautiful artistic photography to their patients and families, right at the bedside. This opening is for some weekdays and weekends, approximately 10-20 hours. Shifts start at 9am and last approximately 2-6 hours (depending on how many babies are born and how busy you are). As a hospital newborn photographer, you will capture each baby's first portrait and present/sell photo packages and accessories.
Requirements:
The ability to work comfortably with newborn babies and mothers.
A High School Diploma is required, higher education is preferred.
1-2 years sales experience preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional communication skills and a professional presence.
PC/Computer keyboarding skills.
Bilingual abilities are a plus (Spanish).
Ability to work well with others
Tasks:
It’s about providing the hospital with expert photographers with state-of-the-art equipment.
It’s about involving the family to make each photo session unique and special.
It’s about capturing the beauty and the natural moments of love and joy, on that very first or second day of life - right in the hospital.
Benefits:
The compensation is hourly plus commission and bonuses.
