Collaborate with team members to gather information and contribute to the creation of compelling written and visual materials.
Media Relations:
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
Draft press releases, pitch emails, and other media communications to promote the organization's initiatives and events.
Social Media Management:
Monitor and manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, responding to inquiries, and analyzing engagement metrics.
Stay current on social media trends and propose innovative strategies to enhance the organization's online presence.
Internal Communication:
Support internal communication efforts by drafting internal announcements, newsletters, and updates.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in social media management.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
