Receptionist
Overview:
The primary function of this job is as a Receptionist, which is the first point of contact with external parties and plays a key role in our customer’s and vendor’s experience with our company. Secondary responsibilities include various Accounting, Sales Support and Office Administration duties. If you are looking to grow with a company this is the perfect position.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Receives all incoming phone calls, screen and direct as appropriate.
- Greet and screen all company visitors and direct them to the right employee(s) and destination.
- Deals with external questions and provides basic company information to external parties.
- Receive, sort and distribute mail and office packages.
- Plan and co-ordinate company meeting/event logistics.
- Compile employee requests, order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Supports accounts payable and receivables.
- Supports sales support.
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; some college classes preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- 3 years of Office Administrative, Accounting and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task effectively and work efficiently.
- Professional demeanor, that enjoys working in a casual, fun business environment.
- Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
