Program Lead, Community Development (Community Experiences)

The Community Development team creates programs and events that empower our community to cultivate relationships, build their businesses, and evolve Poshmark. As a Community Program Lead in the Community Experiences area of the team, you will work closely with the Senior Manager in executing on team projects and daily operations while working cross-functionally with other teams. In your role, you must understand our community, be a voice for them, and provide content to help foster their growth and help them scale.

  • Is able to work cross-functionally with other colleagues
  • Understands Poshmark and the Poshmark community
  • Is able to meet quick deadlines and provide a fast turnaround time
  • Has strong project management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage programs and report metrics
  • Provide content to our Seller Stylists to help level up their businesses
  • Assist in answering day-to-day program-related support cases
  • Create monthly content for our most active Seller Stylists
  • Develop strong relationships with our community
  • Review and outreach for community speakers for events and livestreams

6-Month Accomplishments: 

  • Master the Poshmark voice
  • Identify community members for unique opportunities on and off Poshmark
  • Take on the end to end management and report on core KPIs of a community program 

12+ Month Accomplishments

  • Continued accomplishments from 6 months
  • Work closely with Senior Manager to iterate and expand on existing programs
  • Develop relationships with and gain knowledge of the Poshmark Community

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in related field
  • Customer service or community marketing experience preferred
  • Passionate about community and customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flawless attention to detail and great organizational skills
  • A positive attitude with the ability to turn a negative into a positive
  • Believes that helping the community is crucial to the growth and success of the company
