DOWNTOWN BALTIMORE - HYBRID REMOTE SCHEDULE
TIER II TECHNICIAN w/MAC & WINDOWS EXPERIENCE
The tier II help desk technician will be responsible for the following:
· Answer help desk calls and record cases
· Attempt to troubleshoot tickets and escalate appropriately as needed
· Install Windows patches
· Workstation setup (Windows and Mac)
· Printer and peripheral setup
· Mobile device setup (iPhone, iPad, Android, tablets)
· Support Microsoft Office products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
