What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Positive Reinforcement PLLC?
Positive Reinforcement PLLC is seeking independent BCBAs. At Positive Reinforcement PLLC, the goal is for BCBAs to have at least one client that they do direct services for. This model ensures that clients and families receive the highest quality service possible and BCBAs get the billable hours they need. This model requires little supervision of RBTs and assistants as supervision cases are limited. Responsibilities include:
- Pairing with clients and their families to create positive relationships
- Assessing clients using the VB-MAPP, Vineland, and social skills checklists
- Conducting Functional behavior assessments?
- Designing treatment plans based on assessment results?
- Implementing treatment plans directly with the client and family
- Conducting parent training regularly
- Analyzing and graphing data and making changes to interventions when necessary?
