As a member of Post Ranch Inn, the Mercantile Associate will ensure a world class guest experience both on our property and e-commerce site. Core responsibilities include the ability to maximize the sales productivity of the Mercantile store through effective selling, client development and special events.
ESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS:
- - Must have flexible work availability; preferred schedule is Friday - Tuesday; Mercantile hours of operation are 9am - 6pm daily
- Prior retail experience in a boutique environment, with proven track record of sales productivity
Pay rate for the Mercantile Associate position is $18.50 per hour plus commission
