What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavior Technician position at Potential Inc?
Potential Inc. seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a client in Doylestown, Bucks County. Interested candidates should be available weekdays between 3 pm and 5 pm. Exact hours will depend on client need and will range from 4 - 15 hours per week.
Behavior Technicians at Potential Inc. use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to address the behavioral health needs of children (ages 2-18) with Autism. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with a caseload of clients following individualized plans of care that address client strengths, needs, previous life experiences, present-day challenges, and future goals. Focus areas include addressing cognitive, communicative, social, emotional, and adaptive functioning.
