JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Administrator
Reports To: Executive Director
Pay Status: Hourly
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
General Summary and Objective: Supervise day-to-day operations, maintain ongoing fiscal management, maintain communications, and run organization’s social media account.
Essential Functions:

- Supervise day-to-day operations
- Ensure safety and security of the building and grounds
- Maintain keys
- Maintain security cameras
- Supervise receptionist staff and volunteers
- Keep calendar up-to-date
- Maintain computers, phone system, and other office equipment
- Assist with building projects and maintenance
- Maintain ongoing fiscal management
- Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll
- Manage funds, including credit card accounts
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
- Prepare end of year giving statements
- Prepare tax documentation
- Maintain communications
- Maintain accurate records
- Statistics
- Board documents
- Donor database through Bloomerang
- Volunteer forms and background checks
- Financial back up and audits
- Maintain social media accounts
- Oversee photos and video for promotion
- Collect stories and data points for publication
- Communicate regularly with Executive Director
- Assist with appeals, newsletters and mailings
Additional Responsibilities:
- Attend all staff meetings
- Cooperate with other departments as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field
- Ability to convey a positive professional image and to maintain confidentiality
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and social media. It requires frequent in-person connections with people.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position is full time, 40 hours per week. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM
Travel
This position may include travel to local outreach events as needed and travel to conferences or training that are associated with this position.
