Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stock Lead/ Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a Stock Lead/ Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced retail environment. Also, processing daily freight shipments in a timely manner. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Utilize RF scanner to locate and retrieve products from inventory

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Process freight in a timely manner

- Assist in inventory control by conducting regular cycle counts

- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Basic math skills for retail calculations

- Ability to operate an RF scanner and other warehouse equipment

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
