Information specific to this position: This position will begin with the 2022/23 school year. 50% MTSS Coordinator AND 50% Instructional Coach


Percentage: 100%

Work calendar days: 186

Duration of position: Ongoing

Benefits include: Health insurance, life insurance, PERA retirement, paid time off, short and long term disability, as well as other optional benefit elections.

Pay for this position is determined by the Licensed Educator Salary Schedule based on years of experience and education.

This is a probationary position. However, PSD employees currently under a licensed contract may apply for this position if selected, will retain contract status.


Must have a valid Colorado Educator's License with appropriate endorsement.

Wellington Middle-High School will open in August of 2022 serving grades 6-10 in its first year. By 2024 the school will serve students in grades 6-12th. WMHS will function as a professional learning community, which will include a focus on learning for all, collaboration, and results. Teachers will have an extended contract next year (4 days in addition to standard teacher contract time) to support opening the new building and will have opportunities to work during the summer to prepare for the inaugural year at WMHS.
